3. Manufacturers also need to consider their own vacuum equipment. Now the sealing edge of the vacuum machine is 10CM wide. Some manufacturers are still old equipment and the sealing is 5CM.
4. The heat sealing time should be adjusted when sealing, generally 1-3 seconds, cooling time, generally 5 seconds, the vacuum time should be determined according to the actual product and the size of the vacuum bag, generally 10-25 seconds for the internal vacuum machine, and external vacuum Vacuum switch on and off for 5-15 seconds. The seal must be flat and not wrinkled. The machine temperature should be constant.
